Know the Power Of Customers

An object you traded has not lived up to your expectations or investments! How would that feel like? Helpless? Incapable? Defenseless? Weak? Does this kind of abysmal trading devastate you?

Now, here are few ways with which we can show the real power of us (Customers).

The Better Business Bureau (BBB)

The Parent Company and

The Federal Citizen Information Center.

The Better Business Bureau: The National BBB uses the cyber power to assist the customers to put on view their dissatisfaction through complaints. This is a user-friendly website where the customer have to just key in their zip code in the homepage. It directs us to the local BBB whose help you can seek to arrive at some results. One of the users of this website explains us that she had a vicious experience with a mobile carter and she posted her complaint to this website. In a matter of two weeks, she had received a response from the mobile phone company. They tried in all possible ways to reach her with the details she had provided in the complaint. She was very much satisfied with their reaction. They provided her the best possible solution. Thanks to BBB!

The Parent Company: The Parent Company can help you, if you are involved in a bad transacting business with an authorized company. One of the customers was livid about the dreadful work; an authorized mechanic shop did to his vehicle. With the help of internet he searched for the parent company. The website www.anywho.com found him the location of the company, CEO’s name, mailing address, etc. But the sad part was the local mechanic shop owner phoned and bawled at him with the complaint, which left the customer unconvinced. The next initiative he took was to post a complaint at the company’s helpline which provided him with the refund of the money deposited. Things were convincing then after as he was just asked to send them the bill through e-mail/fax.

The Federal Citizen Information Center: The promotions by Pueblo, Colorado were very famous in 1970’s. The Government dealt with keeping the consumers up to date with all the problems surrounding them. They provided the people with information leaflets, pamphlet or even through websites which can be downloaded. The proceedings by the regime will be distributed for free as a manual in 2009. It is named as ‘Consumer Action Booklet’. The manual will also be available online. This manual will provide with the knowledge of categorizing customer complaints and also a sample of a customer letter and an e-mail.
